1. General Provisions & Service Provider Details
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the legal conditions of using the GetSalonFlow cloud software platform operated by Gál Zoltán E.V. (hereinafter: Provider).
2. Scope of Service & Platform Tiers
GetSalonFlow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing online appointment scheduling, interactive calendar booking, client CRM directories, and dedicated mobile-optimized website builders for beauty professionals worldwide.
- Free Tier: Public directory and Mapbox map listing, info card modal, basic dashboard access.
- Pro Tier: Mobile-optimized salon website builder with custom domain routing (e.g. yoursalon.com), 24/7 online calendar booking, unlimited staff management, client CRM & CSV import, automated email reminders.
- Max Tier: All Pro features + custom designed premium website templates, built-in loyalty reward system, passes & group session management, ad-free profile, 24/7 priority support.
3. Account Registration & Subscription Activation
Paid subscriptions (Pro & Max) are initiated via Dashboard order. Payments are settled by manual bank transfer (OTP Bank or Revolut Bank) using the mandatory reference code (e.g. GSF-XXXXXX). Our team approves and manually activates paid features within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
4. Billing, Invoicing & 30-Day Guarantee
Subscription fees are listed on the official pricing page (/pricing). Electronic invoices are issued upon payment approval. First-time subscribers of annual plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. Conduct, Liability & Governing Law
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal content, sending unsolicited spam, or scraping platform data. European Union and Hungarian laws govern these terms.
