As the operator of the GetSalonFlow platform, we are committed to protecting the personal data of beauty service providers (B2B), booking clients (B2C), and website visitors.

We process account registration details (name, email, phone number), salon information, booking history, and billing records strictly for providing our SaaS service, processing payments, and fulfilling legal tax obligations.
3. Data Security & Sub-processors
All user data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and stored securely on cloud infrastructure sub-processors including Supabase Inc. (database & auth) and Vercel Inc. (edge hosting & deployment).
4. Your Rights Under GDPR (Articles 15-22)
You have the right to access, rectify, port, or request the complete deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). You can exercise your privacy rights at any time by emailing hello@getsalonflow.com.
