1. General Provisions & Service Provider Information
These Terms of Service govern the use of the GetSalonFlow cloud software platform operated by Gál Zoltán E.V. (hereinafter: Service Provider).
2. Description of Services & Features
GetSalonFlow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering online booking scheduling, calendar management, customer relationship management (CRM), and custom website builders tailored for beauty professionals.
3. Registration & Activation
Pro plan subscriptions are processed via:
- Bank transfer to OTP Bank (11773432-01645934) or Revolut Bank (30200014-19913410-92914522) with the provided GSF reference code.
- PayPal — secure payment directly from the Dashboard using PayPal or a linked debit/credit card. Transactions are processed on PayPal's secure, encrypted infrastructure.
All subscriptions are manually activated by a team member after payment confirmation.
4. Pricing, Billing & Accepted Payment Methods
Annual subscriptions include 2 months free (10-month equivalent pricing). Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. Invoices are issued electronically after payment confirmation.
5. Cancellation, Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
5.1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 calendar days of activation, subscribers may request a full refund from the Dashboard. Refunds are processed manually via bank transfer (regardless of original payment method, including PayPal) within 14 business days.
5.2. Cancellation After 30 Days
After 30 days, no refund is issued. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly) or annual period (yearly). The account automatically reverts to the Free plan at the end of the period.
6. Custom Domains (.hu / .com)
Registration of 1 custom domain is included: for the first 2 years for .hu domains, and for the first 1 year for .com domains. Subsequent renewals are the subscriber's responsibility.
7. Consumer Rights & B2B Limitations
B2B subscribers do not have statutory right of withdrawal as consumers, except for the 30-day money-back guarantee. The client booking portal is 100% free of charge.
8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
It is strictly prohibited to publish fraudulent information, send unsolicited messages (spam), or perform automated data scraping on the platform.
9. Service Availability & Support
The Service Provider aims for a 99.5% annual platform availability rate. Support is available via support@getsalonflow.com.
10. Data Protection & Intellectual Property
Data processing complies with GDPR regulations, including data processed by PayPal as a third-party payment processor. The platform source code and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Complaints can be sent to support@getsalonflow.com. For PayPal transaction disputes, the PayPal Resolution Centre (paypal.com/resolutioncenter) is also available. Regulatory mediation body: Somogy Vármegyei Békéltető Testület (7400 Kaposvár, Anna utca 6., Hungary).
